Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 4runner platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 4runner platform — including the website, mobile app, and all services offered — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform. Continued use of the 4runner platform following the publication of any amendments will be considered acceptance of those changes.
This platform is operated exclusively for users aged 18 and above. Individuals under the stipulated age limit are not permitted to register or use any 4runner services.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 4runner platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. Information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 4runner will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
4runner reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly prior to processing a first withdrawal or when account activity requires verification. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in delayed transaction processing.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 4runner platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. The platform must not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 4runner platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX, DuitNow, and direct bank transfer. 4runner does not accept payments in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed by the user's bank.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits may only be made by the verified account holder.
- Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and be owned by the registered user.
- 4runner reserves the right to decline or suspend any deposit that raises suspicion.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the selected payment method and the user's account tier.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same user's name.
- Any bonus received may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted — please check the relevant bonus terms.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the user's VIP tier.
- 4runner reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawal amounts.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Users are advised to review transaction details carefully before confirming any deposit or withdrawal.
Any disputes related to transactions must be reported to the 4runner support team within 30 days from the date the transaction occurred.

Limitation of Liability

- Betting or game outcomes disputed after a final result has been issued.
- Losses resulting from the user's own disclosure of account information.
- Inability to access the platform due to the user's internet connection issues.
- Any act or omission by a third party that is beyond 4runner's control.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
4runner reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or upon request by a competent authority. Accounts suspended due to terms violations may not be eligible for a refund of any remaining balance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4runner platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and interface design — is the exclusive property of 4runner or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 4runner platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. The presence of such links does not imply that 4runner endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
